100وَما كانَ لِنَفسٍ أَن تُؤمِنَ إِلّا بِإِذنِ اللَّهِ ۚ وَيَجعَلُ الرِّجسَ عَلَى الَّذينَ لا يَعقِلونَRashad KhalifaNo soul can believe except in accordance with GOD's will. For He places a curse upon those who refuse to understand.
