(Yusuf [Joseph] refused) but she (Zulaikha) had definitely made up her mind for him. And he too (might) have resolved had he not seen the Clear Sign of his Lord. It was (made to happen) like that (in order that) We keep away from him affliction and indecency both. Assuredly he was of Our chosen (exalted) servants.
