84 Preface وَتَوَلّىٰ عَنهُم وَقالَ يا أَسَفىٰ عَلىٰ يوسُفَ وَابيَضَّت عَيناهُ مِنَ الحُزنِ فَهُوَ كَظيمٌAhmed AliHe turned away from them and cried: “Alas for Joseph!” And his eyes turned white with grief which he bore in silence.
