117بَديعُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۖ وَإِذا قَضىٰ أَمرًا فَإِنَّما يَقولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكونُTaqi Usmani(He is the) Originator of the heavens and the earth. When He decides a matter, He simply says to it: .Be., and it comes to be.
