18وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً بِقَدَرٍ فَأَسكَنّاهُ فِي الأَرضِ ۖ وَإِنّا عَلىٰ ذَهابٍ بِهِ لَقادِرونَJ. M. RodwellAnd we send down water from the Heaven in its due degree, and we cause it to settle on the earth; - and we have power for its withdrawal: -
