48وَهُوَ الَّذي أَرسَلَ الرِّياحَ بُشرًا بَينَ يَدَي رَحمَتِهِ ۚ وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً طَهورًاMuhammad SarwarIt is He who sends the winds to you with the glad news of His mercy and who sends purifying rain from the sky
