48وَهُوَ الَّذي أَرسَلَ الرِّياحَ بُشرًا بَينَ يَدَي رَحمَتِهِ ۚ وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً طَهورًاTaqi UsmaniAnd He is the One who has sent the winds conveying good news before His mercy, and We have sent down purifying water from the heavens,
