48 Preface وَهُوَ الَّذي أَرسَلَ الرِّياحَ بُشرًا بَينَ يَدَي رَحمَتِهِ ۚ وَأَنزَلنا مِنَ السَّماءِ ماءً طَهورًاAhmed AliIt is He who sends the winds with auspicious news in advance of His benevolence; and We send pure water down from the sky
