67وَالَّذينَ إِذا أَنفَقوا لَم يُسرِفوا وَلَم يَقتُروا وَكانَ بَينَ ذٰلِكَ قَوامًاZafar Ansariwho, when they spend, are neither extravagant nor miserly but keep the golden mean between the two (extremes):
