62 Preface اللَّهُ يَبسُطُ الرِّزقَ لِمَن يَشاءُ مِن عِبادِهِ وَيَقدِرُ لَهُ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيءٍ عَليمٌAhmed AliGod increases the means of those of His creatures as He please, or limits them for whomsoever He will. He is certainly cognisant of everything.
