129وَلِلَّهِ ما فِي السَّماواتِ وَما فِي الأَرضِ ۚ يَغفِرُ لِمَن يَشاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ غَفورٌ رَحيمٌBijan MoeinianTo God belongs everything that exists in the heavens and on earth. He may forgive whoever He decides and punish whoever He wishes; and God is Forgiving and Merciful.
