138هٰذا بَيانٌ لِلنّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوعِظَةٌ لِلمُتَّقينَ(Muntakhab)This is a proclamation for mankind that is documented in the Quran in which Providence is the guide, and an admonition to those who revere Allah and entertain the profound reverence dutiful To Him.
