70لِيُنذِرَ مَن كانَ حَيًّا وَيَحِقَّ القَولُ عَلَى الكافِرينَ(Saheeh International)To warn whoever is alive1 and justify the word [i.e., decree] against the disbelievers. In heart and mind, i.e., the believers.
