68هُوَ الَّذي يُحيي وَيُميتُ ۖ فَإِذا قَضىٰ أَمرًا فَإِنَّما يَقولُ لَهُ كُن فَيَكونُT. B. IrvingHe is the One Who gives life and brings death. Whenever He has decided on some matter, He merely tells it: 'Be!'; and it is."
