28وَهُوَ الَّذي يُنَزِّلُ الغَيثَ مِن بَعدِ ما قَنَطوا وَيَنشُرُ رَحمَتَهُ ۚ وَهُوَ الوَلِيُّ الحَميدُMuhammad SarwarIt is He who sends down the rain after they had lost hope and spreads out His mercy. He is the Guardian and the Most Praiseworthy.
