48وَما نُريهِم مِن آيَةٍ إِلّا هِيَ أَكبَرُ مِن أُختِها ۖ وَأَخَذناهُم بِالعَذابِ لَعَلَّهُم يَرجِعونَWahiduddin Khaneven though each sign We showed them was greater than the previous one. We afflicted them with torment so that they might return [to the right path].
