80 Preface أَم يَحسَبونَ أَنّا لا نَسمَعُ سِرَّهُم وَنَجواهُم ۚ بَلىٰ وَرُسُلُنا لَدَيهِم يَكتُبونَYusuf AliOr do they think1 that We hear not their secrets and their private counsels? Indeed (We do), and Our messengers are by them, to record.However secretly men may plot, everything is known to God. His recording Angels are by, at all times and in all places, to prepare a Record of their Deeds for their own conviction when the time comes for Judgment (Cf. 45:29).
