84 Preface وَهُوَ الَّذي فِي السَّماءِ إِلٰهٌ وَفِي الأَرضِ إِلٰهٌ ۚ وَهُوَ الحَكيمُ العَليمُYusuf AliIt is He Who is God in heaven and God on earth; and He is full of Wisdom and Knowledge.
