42إِلّا مَن رَحِمَ اللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُ هُوَ العَزيزُ الرَّحيمُTaqi Usmaniexcept the One on whom Allah has mercy. Of course, He is the All-Mighty, the Very-Merciful.
