28إِنّا كُنّا مِن قَبلُ نَدعوهُ ۖ إِنَّهُ هُوَ البَرُّ الرَّحيمُTaqi UsmaniWe used to pray to Him before. He is surely the Most-Kind, the Very-Merciful.
