2لَهُ مُلكُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۖ يُحيي وَيُميتُ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيءٍ قَديرٌN. J. DawoodIt is He that has sovereignty over the heavens and the earth. He ordains life and death, and has power over all things.
