24الَّذينَ يَبخَلونَ وَيَأمُرونَ النّاسَ بِالبُخلِ ۗ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ الغَنِيُّ الحَميدُBijan MoeinianThe latter are stingy and prevent the others to be generous in their charitable contribution. No matter you spend money for the sake of God or not, God is the wealthiest indeed and is the Only One worthy of praise.
