39وَالَّذينَ كَذَّبوا بِآياتِنا صُمٌّ وَبُكمٌ فِي الظُّلُماتِ ۗ مَن يَشَإِ اللَّهُ يُضلِلهُ وَمَن يَشَأ يَجعَلهُ عَلىٰ صِراطٍ مُستَقيمٍShabbir AhmedThose who deny Our Signs are deaf and dumb, in total darkness. Straying, and Guidance take place according to the Divine Laws (4:88).
