4ذٰلِكَ فَضلُ اللَّهِ يُؤتيهِ مَن يَشاءُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ ذُو الفَضلِ العَظيمِ(Muntakhab)This is the bounty of Providence, He munificently and gracefully confers it on whom He will, and He is the source of abounding munificence and efficacious grace.
