3ذٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُم آمَنوا ثُمَّ كَفَروا فَطُبِعَ عَلىٰ قُلوبِهِم فَهُم لا يَفقَهونَE. H. PalmerThat is because they believed and then disbelieved, wherefore is a stamp set on their hearts so that they do not understand!
