28نَحنُ خَلَقناهُم وَشَدَدنا أَسرَهُم ۖ وَإِذا شِئنا بَدَّلنا أَمثالَهُم تَبديلًاRashad KhalifaWe created them, and established them, and, whenever we will, we can substitute others in their place.
