28نَحنُ خَلَقناهُم وَشَدَدنا أَسرَهُم ۖ وَإِذا شِئنا بَدَّلنا أَمثالَهُم تَبديلًاAli UnalIt is We Who have created them and made firm their composition, and whenever We will, We can change their structure and character entirely.
