59وَلا يَحسَبَنَّ الَّذينَ كَفَروا سَبَقوا ۚ إِنَّهُم لا يُعجِزونَTaqi UsmaniThe disbelievers should never think that they have surpassed (the divine punishment). Surely, they cannot frustrate (the Divine will).
