9الَّذي لَهُ مُلكُ السَّماواتِ وَالأَرضِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ عَلىٰ كُلِّ شَيءٍ شَهيدٌ(Muntakhab)Allah to whom belongs the sovereignty of the heavens and the earth; the AL- Shaheed (the Omnipresent who witnesses all things.)
