4تَنَزَّلُ المَلائِكَةُ وَالرّوحُ فيها بِإِذنِ رَبِّهِم مِن كُلِّ أَمرٍOmar & OmarThe angels and the Divine word come down therein, by the command of their Lord to (determine) each and every affair.
